How does it work?
One tiny dash of
WaterYOUwant
added to a glass of water is all it takes.
(How much? Click here.) WaterYOUwant
quickly converts chlorine (both free and combined chlorine) into a small
amount of inorganic chloride which is an essential nutrient, unlike chlorine.
The ingredients contained in
WaterYOUwant
have been tested, proven, certified, and are guaranteed to inactivate and
eliminate chlorine in water...naturally.

Where does the chlorine go?
The chlorine is gone. It is actually
neutralized.
Chlorine in tap
water is manufactured from sea water which is made up of inorganic chloride and
sodium, or sodium chloride (sea salt). WaterYOUwant converts any chlorine back to
common, inorganic
chloride. This chlorine is no longer an oxidant (a free radical) in this form, thanks to the antioxidant technology of WaterYOUwant. You
can
now have chlorine-free water from your tap to drink at a reasonable price...pennies a day.
And your water will not smell
like chlorine...because the chlorine is gone.
Inorganic chloride is a very
common ingredient in our world, and it is contained in most vegetables, fruits,
and other healthy foods. Our bodies require chloride ...
but not chlorine!

Is chlorine bad for me?
Chlorine is a widely
accepted
method for protecting the general public from pathogens or bacteria that could
otherwise exist in tap water. However, chlorine offers you no benefit after you
consume it. From that point on, your body considers chlorine to be a free radical. We
don't need free radicals in our body. WaterYOUwant
removes these free radicals
before they are introduced by your drinking water.

Is my tap water safe for me to
drink?
Your municipal tap water is
usually safe to drink, We did it most of our life, but you should verify the answer for yourself.
That way you will know and appreciate the value of WaterYOUwant. Here's how to
do that:
Start by visiting the
Environmental Protection Agency's website located at
http://www.epa.gov/safewater/dwinfo.htm or
http://www.epa.gov/safewater/faq/faq.html#safe. Follow the path to your
town's tap water.
Another option is to carefully
review the "Consumer Confidence Report" that your water utility sent you
recently. Call your water company for another one if it got tossed out or is lost.
Maybe you would prefer to ask your local or state health department.
Chances are
that your tap water is certified to be safe for you to drink.

Why is chlorine in
my tap water in the first place?
Federal and state
governments require your utility to add chlorine to your tap water. This assures
that bacterial growth is thwarted in your household plumbing and the pipeline
from your house to the treatment plant, far away.
Click here for a quick look at why chlorine appears in your everyday tap water.
The graph speaks volumes. Yes, chlorine saves lives, but it has an odor...which
can be removed with a dash of
WaterYOUwant.

What is so wrong with bottled water?
If there is no
chlorine in the bottled water that you buy and carry home, what will prevent it
from incidental contamination? There have been numerous instances of
contaminated bottled water. Check the web or our "Water Links" page. With WaterYOUwant,
chlorine continues to guard you from potential pathogens until second that
you drink it. Bottled water cannot guarantee that.
Also, there are phthalates
that leach out of some plastic bottles into the water. Phthalates are not legally
regulated for bottled water because of intense industry pressure. However, water utilities
must test for these compounds. Authorities feel that there is little evidence of
a link between phthalate exposure from bottled water and any health problems,
but they usually suggest buying water in glass bottles rather than plastic bottles as a precaution.
If
the office water cooler is made of polycarbonate, it may be releasing small
amounts of the potential hormone disrupter bisphenol A into the water.

And then there is the lifting of
countless, heavy bottles followed by the endless pile of empty bottles that must be
crushed and transported to the landfill or recycler? This lifestyle is not
environmentally logical. Most grocery store back injuries are caused from
employees lifting heavy water bottles onto shelves.

listed on our "Water Link" page.

What is wrong
with putting a filter on my kitchen faucet?
Kitchen faucet filters
become less and less efficient at removing chlorine with every gallon of water
through it. Initially they may remove up to 95%. A few days later,
less chlorine is removed. Using WaterYOUwant, all free and combined chlorine in your tap water
is removed. All of it!
Other risks are associated
with these filters. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations if you use one of
these devices.

available at the "Water Info" link.

What's wrong with boiling my tap
water?
This can remove chlorine if
it is boiled long enough, but the boiling procedure can be dangerous, and it
costs you additional money to heat water to boiling temperatures
and then cool it all down (usually in your refrigerator). And on hot
summer days, this is not what you need to be doing. While the water is cooling,
it is susceptible to contamination or dangerous spills.
With WaterYOUwant
you will remove all chlorine at
the last minute possible, before you drink it. Your own utility works
hard to assure a quality product from your faucet. So now you can decide when
to remove the chlorine, or when chlorine is no longer necessary in your
tap water. One shake of
WaterYOUwant
and the chlorine is
no longer there. It
makes perfectly good sense to use something that is good to remove something
that you don't want to drink. It is perfectly logical and natural to use
WaterYOUwant.
